Great schools start with leaders who feel supported, connected, and ready for what's next. This symposium is designed to inspire, connect, and equip you with evidence-informed practices and practical strategies that strengthen student and staff well-being, foster psychological safety, and support human-centred leadership.

Through engaging speakers and hands-on workshops, you'll explore mental health and wellbeing, SEL, resilience, and how to approach new challenges like AI while keeping people at the heart of your work. You'll connect with colleagues from across the country and walk away energized with ideas you can put into action. Bring your team and join us for a day of learning!
